Circles
in circle we are invited to come back to our truest nature, our essence. together we will find the bridge that takes us from fearful, protective, egoic thinking to humility and connection. circle will always begin with a guided meditation to invite everyone into loving awareness. we will then share from our hearts and witness the vulnerability and truth that unfolds when we can gently let go of the ego.
circle is held in person in santa barbara every monday evening 5:30-6:30, location to be disclosed upon registration. the cost is $75 per circle, sliding scale available
